We follow a simple six step approach to assist you in your goal of filling your hiring needs.

Identify Hiring Need
We have a kick-off call with you to review the role you are looking to fill including the skillset, knowledge and experience required to fill the role.

Talent Search

Using various sources (internal databases, professional networks) we will search for a list of possible candidates that would meet your requirements. Searches will consist of head hunting and/or job postings.

Screening and Shortlisting
We will screen candidates through a review of resumes, phone calls and interviews and will narrow candidates to a short list to be presented for further consideration.

Interview
We will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers at your firm.

Offer & Acceptance
Following the interview stage, we will assist with any insights as to offers, salary expectations and negotiations, if needed.

Follow-Up
Following up is key and we will ensure we stay abreast of how your recent hire has progressed.
